Shipping and Pickup

The short version. You can pick up at our shop in Islip Terrace or have your order shipped. For online orders, Acme confirms fit and freight before anything ships, and you pay the shipping cost shown on your invoice or at checkout. Classic Radiator ships worldwide. Check your delivery when it arrives and tell us right away about any damage.

Pick up at our shop

Pick up your order at 49 Carleton Avenue, Islip Terrace, NY 11752 during business hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday, 8:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Sunday, closed

Please wait until we tell you your order is ready before you come in. Large radiators and heavy duty parts may need a truck or a helper to load.

Shipping

  • Freight is confirmed first. For online orders, we confirm that the part fits and what shipping will cost before anything ships. Shipping options and cost show at checkout once you enter your address, or on the invoice or payment link we send you.
  • You pay for shipping unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
  • Large and heavy parts such as truck radiators may ship by freight and can take longer and cost more than small parcels.
  • Ship dates are estimates. We ship as soon as your order is confirmed and paid, but in stock dates and carrier delivery times can change.
  • Classic Radiator ships worldwide. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in our price unless your invoice says so.

Fleet pickup and delivery

For repair work, we offer free pickup and delivery for fleets. Contact us to schedule it.

When your order arrives

  • Check the package before you sign if you can, especially for freight deliveries. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Report damage or missing items right away. Call or email us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging and take photos.
  • Wrong part? See Returns and Warranty. Please do not send anything back until we give you instructions.

Address and delivery problems

Please double check your shipping address. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address or a refused delivery, we will contact you about reshipping, and the extra shipping cost may be charged to you.
