Can I pick it up, or do you ship?

Pick up at our shop, 49 Carleton Avenue, Islip Terrace, NY: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Shipping options and cost show at checkout once you enter your address. Acme confirms freight before anything ships.

How does payment work?

Place your order online with no card. Acme confirms fit and freight, then sends an invoice or secure payment link before shipping. No payment is taken until then. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx. We do not accept personal checks.

What about returns and warranty?

Can Acme repair or recore my original instead?

Often, yes. We have repaired radiators for 75 years. On some later model cars and light trucks a repair can cost more than a new radiator; on medium and heavy duty trucks, repair or recore is usually more cost effective. Ask us for an estimate either way. Call 631.581.9199.
